I ordered from Lolitadesu around Saturday and the package arrived today. It was a rather large package which I was rather glad about since it didn't mean that the clothes were really squashed together and creased. I'm really happy with my purchase and the speed of the delivery and I'll definitely consider buying from Lolitadesu again in the future.

There was a rip in the side of the package but I don't place any blame on Lolitadesu for that, it was probably the carelessness of the mail people handling it :/ Fortunately though the hole in the side of the package was quite severe, there was no damage or loss of goods inside which I was very worried about at first.

Onto the purchases:

Cherry Cat Skirt in black from Innocent World
I am absolutely in love with this skirt, it's used but in very good condition just as Lolitadesu stated. Honestly, I wouldn't doubt it if it was new because there dosen't seem to be any faults or signs of wear on it at all. The print is absolutely gorgeous and adorable and I can't wait to collect more cat prints like this one, though sadly I can't truly capture just how lovely the print is on camera.

Wonder Trip Regimental Cutsew in pink from Angelic Pretty
Just like the skirt, this one is used but very good condition just as described. It has a 'used' feel to it but there aren't any actual signs of wear on it, the condition is very good. This one is even better in real life than the stock photos, they just don't do it justice. It is so gorgeous in real life, especially when you get to see the lace up close. There are a bunch of different types of lace on it which are all gorgeous but my favourite is the one which has Milky Chan on it and you can see photos of it below.

I also ordered these two rings:

I'm not completely happy with the bow ring as the stock image used was rather misleading, it was very sax blue in the photo and the ring I recieved was a darker blue. I'm quite disappointed about this but for $4 and an otherwise good service, I'm not complaining. The cat ear ring is really lovely and just as presented in the stock image.

Edit: I checked the website again and the bow ring is actually stated to be a darker colour than the stock image so ignore my above comment, I must have overlooked that.

In conclusion, Lolitadesu offers lots of used and unused lolita clothes and accessories for good prices with good service and you should check them out! They update with new stuff quite frequently I believe and are definitely worth keeping an eye on even if they don't have anything that catches your eye at the moment. Also, if you check them out on Facebook, you can vote in polls to tell them what you'd like to see them get in stock for the store next!

I'm really happy right now because I just bought myself some late burando birthday treats for myself aaand that means that my wardrobe is building up very quickly and nicely. I had some birthday money and I'm not going to prom so I'm saving some money there so I figured, why not treat myself??

I bought the following:

Cherry Cat Skirt in black from Innocent World which is one of my FAVOURITE cat prints (Black isn't usually my favourite colourway for prints but this is one is really cute and I feel that I can match it without owning much black in my wardrobe)

Wonder Trip Regimental Cutsew in pink from Angelic Pretty which was super cute and I just couldn't resist. I've always wanted a cute cutsew.

and also these (non-burando) cute rings:

(I got the cat ear one in silver)

I'm feeling quite creative today and have come up with quite a few ideas of unique lolita accessories that I'd like to make in the future and feel that I can make with my skills range.
I won't reveal too much about them yet and I don't know when I'll be able to start working on them but when I do, I'll post about it!

Also, currently in the process of ordering some blue tea party shoes and Vanilla Chan replica in pink, I'd love to own the real print one day maybe since it is one of my favourites but I'm going to buy this for now since I can't resist.

I thought I'd review here two Etsy stores that I bought from recently. I'm super happy with the products I ordered from both and I'd recommend you check them out!

Paradise Rose:
They sell super cute accessories and I was drawn to their store after finding their 2-way fluffy stars which are really really cute and well priced with lovely detail.

I purchased the following items:

(Photos are my own, sorry for the not so great quality as I took these photos with my phone)

All of the items are really good quality and were all really well priced, I'm super happy with all of them. The rings are all sturdy and don't seem as though they will break or fall apart easily and the 2-way star is also really good quality and I am in love with the detail on it. I will definitely be considering buying from this store again and I really recommend it!

Sugar Coated Sprinkles :

I fell in love with the pastel pink cat necklace that I found in this store the moment that I saw it, it was soo cute. (I really want to match it with Vanilla Chan *__*)

Here's my photo of the necklace:

(This photo is better quality because I took it with my proper camera, although the camera did wash out the colour of the cat print a little)

I'm really happy with the quality of this necklace, the cat print is super cute and of very good quality and the chain itself is really good quality too. The postage was super quick and not overpriced, I bought the item on Sunday night and it arrived by Tuesday. It was packaged nicely in a pink pouch to keep it safe and avoid any damage as it arrived in perfect condition.

It was my birthday today and I got a super cute pink blouse and some accessories (along with other things too, but those were the lolita gifts hehe). I decided to give my first proper co-ord a go!!

I'm really happy with it. Here's some photos that I took in the snow:

I also made my first Daily Lolita post! :D

My birthday is coming up and I'm really excited since I know for sure I'll be getting the Bodyline and accessories I mentioned in my last post and I'm going to order some blue tea parties as a birthday gift too *__* I'm really excited! (I'm also getting the BBC Sherlock DVD box set and some volumes of Nana)

If I get any money for my birthday, I think I'll probably buy some more lolita with it since I'm really back into lolita lately and looking forward to building up my wardrobe again. I've been looking at Bodyline again and they have so much nice stuff that I've never seen before and I really want *__*

Like this:

and this:

(Opinions on these two dresses, anyone?? I'll probably buy one of these with any birthday money that I get if I can)

Since I'm getting back into lolita which is REALLY EXCITING to me since I've been waiting quite a while to finally get into actually wearing it and getting a full co-ord. I asked for a few lolita items as birthday presents as my birthday is coming up on the 5th February.

What I really needed was a good blouse to match with everything and I wanted a pink one so I bought this one from Bodyline in pink:

What do you think? I wasn't 100% sure about it but it looks pretty nice to me and it was one of the nicest ones I could find within my budget so I decided to go for it.

I also got these super cute socks too from Bodyline!! They were only $4, they look a little too short to wear alone with lolita(? I was thinking about maybe wearing some white tights under them or something) but they look really really cute.

I also found this Etsy shop called 'Paradise Rose' selling cute accessories so I decided to ask for a few accessories from them, I ordered the following super cute accessories:

I'm also going to ask for some blue tea parties and I'll update after I recieve these for my birthday <3

Apologies for the very very long break that I took from here without much notice... maintaining this blog just became a little hard as I got busy with other things and I started to get really nervous about wearing my lolita so I haven't even gotten around to it yet ><

However, that will change soon!! I'm going to get a blouse and possibly some tea parties and accessories for my birthday which is coming up soon and then I will start to wear my lolita. I'm really excited about this!!

I figured that I'd bring my LJ account back to life if you all could forgive me for leaving without much notice ><

I'm especially sorry to my twin on here, if she ever sees this. I did try to check LJ before Manchester Expo but it was down at the time?? D: Please forgive me u___u

Okay, firstly I'll describe how it came in the packaging. I forgot to take a photo of the packaging itself before I ripped it all apart and I DID take a photo of the items before I unpackaged them but somehow my phone seems to have deleted that photo.. ^^;

Anyway, they came in this really cool black and white polka dot packaging. Yes, the packaging itself was black with white polka dots. Very nice to see compared to your typical boring packaging! :D
It was COVERED with cellotape, it took me ages to open it!

When I first saw it I knew it was my order but I started to worry because it was quite small for all of the items I ordered, though surely enough they were all in there. But they were REALLY tightly packed. Which I am not complaining about as I'm pretty sure that made the shipping cheaper.

The skirt was really creased and the bows were a little crushed but those can be straightened out. My only real complaint is about the headbow as the bow itself isn't securely fastned onto the headband and slides around a lot, I'll have to fix that.

I'm also really amazed that they managed to fit the petticoat into such a small package, it is REALLY poofy! I love it!

Now, onto the photos...

The headbow! Aside from the fault it has with sliding around as I mentioned above, I'm happy with it. I especially love the little star charm that hangs from it!

Apologises for this terrible photo. The skirt is a little creased as you can see but I'm happy with the skirt itself! I think it's a pretty good replica, the lace especially is lovely. The bow is optional and can be attatched with a pin.
Lace details:

Bow (slightly crushed from being tightly packaged):

The petticoat! Oh my, I love it! So poofy and nice to wear. Sadly, I don't still have the image of how it was packaged as my phone didn't seem to save it properly but it was REALLY tightly packaged and I was so suprised that it came out so poofy even after being in such a small and tight package! It's from Dear Celine and is a really good quality petticoat, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants lots of poof.

Here it is:
And here's me wearing my skirt with it (Sorry that the skirt is creased DX):
The photo isn't the best but you can definitely see that it is really poofy and gives a nice cupcake shape!

Socks! I bought two pairs. The ribbon ones and the miracle candy replica ones to match my miracle candy replica skirt. There isn't much to say about them but they're really nice!

Sorry that I haven't been posting much lately! I've kind of had my mind on other things though I do hope to get back into the lolita community soon! Especially as I have pretty much everything for a full lolita co-ord now, I just need somewhere nice to go! I hope I can eventually upload a YouTube video too!

Again, I'm sorry that I haven't been so active here lately. I haven't forgotten and am not leaving LiveJournal, I'm hoping to become more active again soon!

I bought this Miracle Candy replica skirt from a friend yesterday and I love it!

It is from K-Star and the quality is really nice, it is lined on the inside and I LOVE the glitter details on the print! I wish I'd taken a close photo of the print to show that, I really love it.
It also came with waist ties which I forgot to include in the photo.

The only thing I don't like so much about it is the lace they used for it which seems a little out of place but it's barely noticable from a distance so no real complaints about that.

Sorry for the lack of photos, I wish I'd taken some more to show details now! I only took a quick photo of the skirt itself.

I'd really like to get some blue tea parties to match with this and my Sugary Carnival replica when it arrives!

Also, here's two of my Poupee's most recent dressups because I like these <3
